Effect of Active Dithiocarbamate Derivatives on Copper Nano Film Deposition

Objective: The coordination and electrochemistry-related effects uses of piperidine dithiocarbamate (pipdtc) piperazine (pzdtc) are the main topics this article. Method: An environment friendly electroless bath was created using a very small amount biodegradable methanesulphonic bronsted acid, Glyoxylic acid as reducing agent, Xylitol non-toxic natural polyhydroxylic complexing agent potassium hydroxide pH modifier. Compact finer deposits were obtained at 13.0 45◦C with an addition 1 ppm pipdtc pzdtc in optimized bath. Findings: inhibiting effect additives depends on deposit properties, throwing power, thickness uniformity, surface tension grain structure management. Novelty: In copper plating method, improved physical properties produced quality deposits. Gravimetric weight gain calculations used to determine parameters. AFM experiments describe morphologies By X-ray diffractogram (XRD) analysis, deposits’ crystallite sizes quantified, cyclic voltammetry analysis assess their quality.
